- The Cessna Citation CJ4 was announced in 2006 as a longer, upgraded variation of the CJ3 and CJ3+.
- It typically seats six or eight passengers, while the enclosed lavatory can be used as an extra seat if needed. An additional passenger can sit in the cockpit with a single pilot if the aircraft is owned, but this option isn’t available for charters.
- With a range of over 4,000 km, the CJ4 can fly non-stop from Houston to New York and from London to any major city in Europe.
- The hold has space for approximately five suitcases.
- After delivering over 300 CJ4s, Cessna began producing the CJ4 Gen2 in 2022 with a more modern cabin and better performance.
